Infrastructure Architect (Hybrid Environments)

Location: Madrid, Spain; must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, network, and cloud.
• Develop architecture blueprints, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Lead migrations from legacy environments to modern platforms such as HPE PCBE.
• Drive infrastructure automation and optimization through scripting and AI-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with international network, cloud, security, and application teams.
• Ensure performance, availability, security, compliance, capacity planning, and forecasting across the infrastructure.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an Infrastructure Architect in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in VMware and Oracle Exadata; HPE PCBE experience is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and infrastructure automation tools such as Rundeck.
• High-level English required for daily collaboration with international teams.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid.
• Experience with hybrid environments that have a predominantly on-premises strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zerto, Commvault, and Guardicore.
• Knowledge of Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Networking expertise.
• Familiarity with AI tools for infrastructure optimization.
