Head of Cloud Software Architecture (AI)

Salary: €60,000–€80,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Lead the definition, validation, and implementation of architectural decisions for Cloud and Software Architecture initiatives.
• Design and oversee holistic, enterprise-scale cloud-native application architectures.
• Ensure the technical quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
• Define technologies, frameworks, tools, development standards, and architectural best practices.
• Lead the evolution of software architectures toward modern technologies, including AI-driven development and GenAI-assisted coding.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the Software Architecture team while providing technical advice and third-level application support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud architecture, and enterprise software development.
• Fluent English and experience working in international, multicultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET 4.5, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL Server, SQL, XML, REST, SOAP, and Entity Framework.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and services, plus experience with GenAI-based coding and AI-assisted development.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of Web API.
