What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, improve, and implement CRM processes.
• Perform day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Salesforce environments.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data structures to support business insights.
• Proactively recommend new features and platform enhancements to optimize usage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
• 4+ years of experience in technical implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service (Field Service Lightning).
• Experience in CRM process design and client-facing consultative roles.
• English proficiency (written and conversational).
• Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
