What you will do
- Provide Level 3 support for incident management, problem resolution, and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot bugs, defects, and cost flow issues across SAP CO, PP, MM, and FI modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for enhancements, translating them into functional design specifications.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, support UAT, and manage cut-over activities for production changes.
- Monitor client environments using internal tools to ensure system stability and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, including finance business users and cross-functional SAP teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil
- Fluent English and Portuguese required
- 5 to 9 years of experience in SAP CO functional support
- Deep expertise in SAP CO-PC (Product Costing) and CO-PA/PCA (Profitability Analysis)
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
- Strong understanding of integration points between CO and logistics modules (PP, MM)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Spanish language proficiency
