TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam/Maastricht). Unable to provide work permits for this position.

What you will do

  • Define new digital strategies and design customer experiences and journeys.
  • Implement digital and mobile innovations to improve marketing, sales, and service functions.
  • Design and develop new digital business and operating models.
  • Utilize programmatic marketing, search marketing, and social marketing concepts.
  • Analyze data using tools like Adobe and Google Ad Manager to drive business decisions.
  • Contribute to the firm's knowledge base through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience within a management consultancy or creative agency.
  • Background in Strategy, Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, or Customer Analytics.
  • Experience with digital analytical solutions (Adobe, Google Ad Manager, etc.).
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands.

Nice to have

  • Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
