What you will do

• Configure, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using manifests, Helm, and Operators.
• Manage namespaces, RBAC, quotas, and resource management.
• Configure application exposure and routing via Routes, Services, and TLS.
• Implement application security through SCC, PodSecurity, and Network Policies.
• Optimize application performance through resource tuning and scaling.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide support, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in OpenShift administration.
• Certification: Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator or equivalent internationally recognized certification.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Expertise in GitOps, ArgoCD, and Helm charts.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Ansible and Python.
