What you will do

• Configure, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using manifests, Helm, Templates, and Operators.
• Manage namespaces, projects, RBAC, quotas, and resource limits for applications.
• Configure application exposure and routing, including Routes, Services, TLS, and load balancing.
• Implement and maintain application security through SCC, PodSecurity, and Network Policies.
• Monitor application health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and built-in OpenShift tools.
• Support development teams with troubleshooting pods, logs, events, and executing rollbacks.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of IT professional experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of daily hands-on experience with OpenShift (deployment, troubleshooting, scaling).
• Expertise in GitOps, ArgoCD, Helm charts, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Strong scripting and automation skills with proficiency in Ansible and Python.
• RedHat Certified OpenShift Administrator or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.
• English proficiency level B2.
