What you will do

• Develop AI-powered tools and agents to automate manual workflows for operations, customer success, and finance teams.
• Partner with the CEO and functional leaders to identify high-leverage operational problems and shape the internal AI roadmap.
• Build LLM-based features, including RAG pipelines and internal evaluation harnesses to ensure model reliability.
• Integrate various systems using APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations.
• Iterate on tools based on direct feedback from internal non-technical users to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience building software, such as backend services, internal tools, or API-driven apps.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Proven experience building and shipping something with LLMs (e.g., agents, RAG pipelines, or prompt-driven tools).
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to define needs and drive adoption.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Temporal.
• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems.
• Integration experience with Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Notion, or Jira.
