What you will do

  • Review game artwork, revisions, and working papers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Audit prize structures and game data for mathematical accuracy and alignment across systems.
  • Validate job tickets, contract proofs, plate proofs, and printed materials against specifications.
  • Review software data, barcodes, and symbols to ensure proper game functionality.
  • Lead training efforts and serve as a subject matter expert for Game Review processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and improve operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in process or project management.
  • 2+ years of auditing, proofreading, or quality assurance experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with advanced attention to detail.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, printing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the lottery, gaming, or printing industry.
  • Familiarity with systems such as GMS or WebCenter.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
