What you will do

• Assist customers with evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and usability specifications.
• Own technical responsibilities within strategic customer accounts and contribute to sales strategy.
• Provide subject matter expertise on distributed storage architectures and DAS, NAS, and SAN products.
• Develop architecture blueprints for repeatable solutions for the sales team.
• Support the growth of system/field engineering teams and help build a Support organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage sales to large IT organizations.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Understanding of unstructured data applications and next-generation analytics/web frameworks.
• Experience delivering technical product and architecture presentations to customers.
• Ability to operate effectively in an unstructured environment.
