What you will do

• Provide administrative support for the service department.
• Coordinate inspections between customers, 3rd party inspection companies, managers, and mechanics.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Manage purchase order (PO) requests through the Marketplace.
• Bill customers for inspections and coordination fees.
• Schedule and coordinate code-required inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Effective phone and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within a small team.
