What you will do
- Lead technical discovery and design for large-scale CCaaS solutions, integrating voice and digital channels.
- Architect and present solutions utilizing AI/ML for conversational AI, sentiment analysis, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
- Create and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) showcasing business application integrations.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to sales teams and C-level executives on security, compliance, and cloud architecture.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the CCaaS competitive landscape to effectively position product differentiation.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with CCaaS, SaaS, or Cloud contact center platforms.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and CPaaS concepts for business application integration.
- Proven ability to design omnichannel customer journeys and integrate conversational AI (bots, NLP).
- Must be based in South Africa (no sponsorship is available).
- English and local language proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with heritage on-premise portfolio (Aura, Elite).
- Basic scripting skills in JavaScript or Python for prototyping integrations.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) or specialized CCaaS vendor certifications.
