Focus on designing automated deployment pipelines, enforcing model validation and performance standards, managing high-availability production support, and leading Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers.

partners with enterprises on AI and data strategy, cloud platform engineering, large-scale transformations, and AI integration. The role supports a major transformation for a client in the flavor and fragrance sector and is offered as a direct employee of the client.
What you will do
- Own the strategic roadmap and technical health of the enterprise AI platform, with a full focus on Azure.
- Develop reference architectures and infrastructure patterns for LLM, RAG, predictive analytics, and other AI workloads.
- Establish and enforce technical standards across the AI lifecycle, including deployment patterns, validation, performance tracking, and model auditing.
- Integrate AI infrastructure with enterprise network, security, and data platform architectures.
- Lead and develop Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers through line management, career development, and resource management.
- Manage production support, maintenance, availability, performance, enterprise SLAs, and FinOps for the AI platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT or engineering, including 5+ years in an AI platform leadership role.
- Significant experience managing AI platforms on Azure, including Azure ML and Databricks.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure and cloud automation.
- Experience creating reference architectures for diverse AI workloads and serving as a technical gatekeeper.
- Experience with enterprise SDLC for AI and with defining and enforcing operational standards for model deployment, validation, and performance tracking.
- Professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French is strongly preferred.
