What you will do

• Process disconnect orders within internal systems and multiple carrier portals.
• Review customer requests to ensure all related services are identified and disconnected.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely completion of requests.
• Maintain and update daily order logs and status reports.
• Resolve service issues and inquiries via telephone, email, and internal systems.
• Handle special projects and departmental tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an office environment or call center.
• Experience working with telecom carriers such as AT&T and Verizon.
• Strong multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate multiple systems simultaneously to retrieve and update customer data.
