What you will do

• Develop and enhance logistics processes, creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze business workflows and warehouse KPIs to identify and implement operational efficiency improvements.
• Manage inventory integrity through physical audits, variance analysis, and discrepancy investigations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using data mining and modeling tools.
• Coordinate warehouse storage utilization and ensure adherence to 5S and safety standards.
• Perform root cause analysis for operational deviations and implement permanent corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Must be local to the position location (Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Power BI, Access, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently in a self-directed, fast-paced environment.
