What you will do

• Oversee daily import/export activities, shipment planning, and coordination with forwarders and carriers.
• Ensure proper processing of PEZA permits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Manage air and sea shipments to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Supervise import, export, small parcel, and PEZA processing teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics performance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in import/export operations.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in PEZA operations and compliance.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping processes, and SAP.
