Location: Must be based in the Medellin, Colombia office

What you will do

  • Deliver consulting and process integration services for new SMB partners using the IT Complete Suite of solutions.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the entire implementation process.
  • Manage multiple partner implementation projects, providing both high-level and detailed consulting.
  • Conduct partner needs assessments, define product specifications, and provide best practices for system setup.
  • Monitor partner software adoption and direct the resolution of outstanding technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Tech Support, Partner Success, and Sales teams to enhance the partner experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing technology implementations utilizing software tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA, and RMM software and markets.
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Windows Server patch management.
  • Experience with Routing, Switching, and Firewall/Edge technologies.
  • Working knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMware or Hypervisor.
  • Must be based in Medellin, Colombia.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of MSP experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
