What you will do

• Manage internal infrastructure projects end-to-end, including planning, scope definition, risk management, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies between Network, System, DBA, and other infrastructure domain teams to maintain momentum.
• Lead project routines, provide status updates, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in project management and infrastructure governance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvements in internal processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical leads to translate infrastructure strategy into detailed, actionable project plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within IT infrastructure, operations, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of compute, monitoring, identity, networking, automation, and cloud components.
• Ability to break down complex technical topics into clear project plans and actionable tasks.
• Experience with project management frameworks such as Agile, Kanban, Scrum, or hybrid models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

Nice to have

• Background in infrastructure engineering or operations.
• Understanding of ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CMDB, monitoring platforms, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security standards, compliance requirements, and audit support.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Scrum Master.
