What you will do

• Organize and maintain main sample and storage spaces so creative assets stay accessible for the wider team.
• Unpack, organize, and log incoming campaign and sales samples (including sample and extra sizes) into the management system (e.g., Launchmetrics).
• Support scheduled shoots and events by coordinating with talent and crew and helping ensure the productihirify.global schedule runs smoothly.
• Maintain project documentatihirify.global, including updating the Google Calendar with hirify.global-set days and travel, and managing assigned tasks in Asana.
• Support procurement and organizatihirify.global of specialized equipment and supplies, including hard drive inventory and studio equipment needs.
