Salary: 45,000 SEK per month

What you will do
- Build and maintain project plans and schedules across multiple concurrent releases.
- Facilitate team rituals including stand-ups, planning sessions, and milestone reviews.
- Coordinate art commissioning and writing tasks with internal leads and external freelancers.
- Ensure design, editorial, and art teams remain aligned throughout the production cycle.
- Manage print and manufacturing logistics for physical product releases.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in a producer or project manager role on product teams.
- Strong ability to drive schedules and manage timelines under tight constraints.
- Experience coordinating external or freelance pipelines.
- Solid understanding of resource management, capacity planning, and workflow dependencies.
- Willingness and availability to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in tabletop RPGs or physical game production.
- Familiarity with art commissioning or editorial workflows.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools like Asana or Confluence.
- Knowledge of the World of Darkness IP.
