What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of hardware interface projects from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to align on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and change control processes.
• Drive design reviews and ensure readiness at key project milestones.
• Oversee PCB design activities including schematic, layout, SI/PI performance, and manufacturability.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure DFM alignment, material selection, and fabrication readiness.

Requirements

• Must be local to San Jose, CA; no relocation provided.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience in ATE, PCB design, or hardware development environments.
• Strong understanding of high-speed, RF, and mixed-signal PCB design with multilayer stack-ups.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro preferred) and MS Project.
