Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (Onsite). Must have a valid EU work permit.

What you will do
- Support Italian and international customers via email and phone, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Educate and empower customers to maximize their use of the platform.
- Assist with contract renewals and handle documentation translation from English to Italian.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience department and other teams to support growth in the Italian market.
Requirements
- Native level Italian and proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Business, IT, Communication, or similar) with at least 1 year remaining until graduation.
- Valid EU work permit and a clean criminal record.
- Must be based in Copenhagen to work from the office.
