What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety information requests from healthcare professionals and consumers via multiple channels.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, product complaints, and special situation events per regulatory requirements.
• Formulate accurate responses using approved labeling, published literature, and company standard responses.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely logs of all inquiries in the handling database.
• Perform quality assurance checks on correspondence and logged data.
• Provide rotated after-hours coverage as required by business needs.

Requirements

• Life science degree required.
• English language proficiency required.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and verbal reasoning abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work within strict regulatory timeframes.
