Salary: $147,000 - $196,600

What you will do

• Define the technical vision for AI-powered developer productivity across engineering tools and workflows.
• Design and deliver AI solutions to accelerate issue resolution and improve software quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate AI use cases into scalable products and platforms.
• Lead architecture for AI systems including model orchestration, retrieval, and observability.
• Establish technical standards for responsible AI use, focusing on security and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers on AI system design and toolchain integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or applied AI.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other engineering tooling language.
• Expertise in applying AI/LLM approaches to code analysis, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval.
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise platforms or CI/CD systems.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in CS, ML, or AI.
• Experience in automotive software or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of vector search, RAG, and coding agents.
• Experience evaluating AI quality using measurable production outcomes.
