What you will do

• Lead discovery, pilots, and technical demos as the primary technical voice for prospects and customers.
• Partner onsite with customers to uncover developer needs and shape practical, goal-driven solutions.
• Manage customer projects through disciplined execution and proactive updates.
• Leverage technical tools, including AI, to deliver reliable outcomes that improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to relay the voice of the customer.

Requirements

• Full-stack technical depth to configure, debug, and explain web applications and integrations.
• Ability to generate API scripts using Ruby or Python.
• Experience leading technical conversations with enterprise customers and gathering requirements.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivery and follow-through.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer in HR tech, ATS platforms, or IDEs.
• Familiarity with API-first or integration-heavy systems.
• Proven track record of scoping and delivering projects from start to finish.
