What you will do

• Develop custom features and solutions using the hirify.global SDK and APIs in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Build custom visualizations, calculations, and UI elements to automate complex user workflows.
• Design and implement robust integrations to synchronize project data with external enterprise systems.
• Act as the primary technical architect and advisor for strategic enterprise customers.
• Lead technical workshops and training on SDK and API best practices for clients.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate real-world customer needs into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer or Forward-Deployed Engineer building enterprise-level technical solutions.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Experience with modern development tools including Git, Node, npm, and the terminal.
• Proven ability to work with proprietary SDKs and RESTful APIs (OpenAPI Specification).
• Exceptional communication skills to drive consensus between engineers and executives.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
