What you will do

• Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and frameworks.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams on BPM/BRE solutions.
• Offer thought-leadership on business and technical dimensions for complex requirements.
• Develop advanced knowledge of PRPC architecture, design, and implementation features.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to size scope, manage risk, and ensure customer success.
• Participate in developing additional consulting opportunities with clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years in building/implementing model-driven enterprise business solutions
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
• Exposure to technologies like WebSphere/WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL
• Key role in delivering functional, robust, scalable system architectures
• Partnered with clients to align requirements with solutions; provided technical training/support
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Senior System Architect (PCSSA) and Lead System Architect (CLSA) certifications

Nice to have

• Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification
• Marketing Consultant (PCMC) certification
• Ability to travel to client sites 50-75% of the time
