What you will do

• Supervise daily activities of QA specialists across Customer Service, Correspondence, and Operations Support.
• Manage the execution of QA audits, scorecards, and monitoring processes to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct calibration sessions and review completed audits for accuracy and consistency.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to the QA staff.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and turnaround times to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and internal compliance policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (E-Verify participant).
• 3–5 years of experience in QA or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payment integrity and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and CMS guidelines and healthcare compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with call monitoring systems, document intake handling, and file management.
