What you will do

• Manage the quality organization to ensure low-risk and high-standard service delivery.
• Drive operational efficiency and margin improvement through effective governance and risk management.
• Develop and execute sampling and stratification strategies based on compliance and performance metrics.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, including SLA baselining and predictive analysis.
• Implement RCA frameworks and digital tools to mistake-proof quality assurance processes.
• Provide actionable business insights through statistical analysis of defects, exceptions, and trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Quezon City, Philippines.
• Minimum 6-8 years of overall work experience, with at least 3-4 years in Quality.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and Agile methodology.
• Demonstrated experience in automating quality functions and a strong digital mindset.
