What you will do

• Ensure compliance with non-conformance handling requirements in assigned areas.
• Monitor process OCAPs and LRR trends to identify and escalate quality issues.
• Drive effective lot scoping and immediate quarantine of suspect non-conforming materials.
• Act as a gatekeeper for change management to minimize quality risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the 8D process in response to customer complaints.
• Drive process improvements focused on defect prevention and detection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and analytical software such as JMP, Minitab, or Power BI.
• Skilled in data mining and analysis from multiple technical sources.
• Effective presentation and customer interfacing capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
