What you will do

• Embed with business, engineering, and data science teams to design and prototype AI solutions tailored to specific mission needs.
• Onboard users to AI tools including Open WebUI and governed external LLM providers like Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT.
• Help teams build and operate agentic workflows using kagent and the agentregistry catalog.
• Support data scientists with model selection, serving, and fine-tuning patterns on JupyterHub.
• Build reusable integrations and reference implementations spanning on-prem and public-cloud environments.
• Capture friction points and capability gaps to provide structured feedback to IT Platform Operations and Cybersecurity teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software, data, ML, or platform engineering with a track record of shipping production solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with users to translate business needs into technical implementations.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompting, RAG, and foundational agentic patterns.
• Comfortable building across hybrid infrastructure and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills with a focus on enabling non-technical colleagues.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Gland, Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python plus Go, Rust, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in regulated environments (banking, telco, aviation) and familiarity with AI governance (EU AI Act, DORA, GDPR).
• Prior experience in solutions engineering, developer relations, or technical consulting.
• Strong facilitation skills for running workshops and enablement programs.
