What you will do

• Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic and GenAI solutions on Microsoft AI Foundry.
• Translate recurring business needs into reusable reference architectures and paved-road patterns.
• Set pro-code engineering standards for AI and mentor colleagues in both pro-code and low-code environments.
• Develop enablement and self-service tools to make the secure and compliant path straightforward for business teams.
• Integrate governance, data classification, identity, and responsible-AI guardrails into the core engineering process.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience taking at least one agentic or GenAI system from prototype into production within a regulated environment.
• Strong pro-code foundations with proven proficiency in Python for AI and agent development.
• Production software experience in at least one of C#/.NET or TypeScript.
• Hands-on depth in Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure AI services, including RAG, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and the Power Platform (including Copilot Studio).
• Proficiency in German for collaboration with business stakeholders.
