What you will do
- Own post-implementation success and relationships for a portfolio of customers.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and value realization across accounts.
- Manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales.
- Lead customer enablement sessions and support new product feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience supporting finance, accounting, or operations teams.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex platforms quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Work onsite in New York.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, NetSuite).
