What you will do

• Deliver enterprise networking solutions focusing on Aruba/HPE campus networking and UBT architectures.
• Design and implement wired/wireless solutions and secure access frameworks leveraging Aruba ClearPass and role-based policies.
• Execute hands-on deployment of UBT 1.0 and 2.0, including policy design and tunnel configuration.
• Troubleshoot complex L2/L3 routing, switching, and wireless connectivity/client onboarding issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers while conducting knowledge transfer to clients.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to ensure successful post-implementation maintenance.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of technical delivery experience in enterprise architecture.
• Expert-level Aruba/HPE networking experience, including Aruba CX switching and campus LAN.
• Hands-on experience with User-Based Tunneling (UBT) 1.0 and 2.0 is REQUIRED.
• Strong expertise in L2/L3 networking (VLANs, routing protocols, segmentation).
• Experience with Aruba ClearPass, 802.1X, NAC, and identity-based access controls.
• Work Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Nice to have

• HPE/Aruba Certified Expert Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco wireless products.
• CCIE R/S, ACMX, ACDX, CCNP Security, or Palo Alto PCSNE certifications.
