• Deliver term debt lending solutions and acquire new SME switchers for the organization.
• Build and nurture relationships with brokers and key professional influencers in the local area.
• Write credit proposals and ensure full compliance with conduct risk requirements.

• Foster strong stakeholder relationships to deliver tailored banking solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds for hybrid office attendance (min 40%).
• Specialist knowledge of healthcare credit and the healthcare sector.
• Commercial banking experience with strong credit writing skills in the SME space.
• Proven track record of delivering term debt products.
• Expertise in new client acquisition and maintaining high-value relationships.
