What you will do

• Assist in the development of show content, including researching topics and drafting segment outlines.
• Operate the audio board for live and taped programs, managing real-time levels and transitions.
• Coordinate guest logistics and manage pre-interview materials for celebrity and expert guests.
• Edit audio materials and maintain accurate metadata in audio software for fast retrieval.
• Perform final quality control checks on audio products to ensure they meet loudness and timing standards.
• Collaborate with talent and producers to execute programming clocks and advertisement schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience at a radio station or audio production facility.
• Proficiency in Zetta, Adobe Audition, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience mixing sound elements and operating an audio board.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Excellent creative writing and communication skills tailored for radio.
