What you will do

• Build and integrate customer feedback into API tooling and shared services.
• Create architectural foundations and mission-critical distributed systems.
• Collaborate within an agile, scrum-based engineering team focused on core platform capabilities.
• Advocate for and maintain API governance through collaboration and automation.
• Own integrations within the API Gateway and service lifecycles from design to production.
• Support platform capabilities powering AI initiatives including Brain and Agents.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of API standards, CAP Theorem, and distributed systems design.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Golang.
• Excellent communication skills and strong ownership.
• Consideration for developer experience in all work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka and event-based patterns.
• Experience designing Backend for Frontend (BFF) patterns.
• Experience supporting modern AI technologies and agent-based systems.
