What you will do

• Lead and manage a large hourly workforce of 80+ employees across multiple shifts.
• Ensure strict adherence to master sanitation schedules, SSOPs, GMPs, and HACCP protocols.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for 3rd-party cleaning services and chemical vendors.
• Monitor and enforce regulatory compliance for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Collaborate with FSQA and maintenance teams to coordinate deep cleans and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of sanitation procedures and cleaning logs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sanitation leadership experience in a food processing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations, GMP, SSOP, and HACCP.
• Must be available to work weekends, nights, and overnight shifts as required.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in wet, cold/hot, and noisy industrial conditions.
