What you will do

• Implement and maintain Pega Rules Engine solutions.
• Conduct DCO sessions with client SMEs to capture detailed business requirements.
• Develop and present working prototypes, including processes and screens, during Show & Tell sessions.
• Coordinate effectively between offshore development teams and onsite customer stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile team ceremonies and project delivery cycles.

Requirements

• Must be a PEGA CSSA or LSA-1 certified developer.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience.
• Must be based in King of Prussia, PA.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE).
• Proven experience in Pega Rules Engine implementation and business analysis.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing coordination and requirement gathering.
