What you will do

• Process assigned orders for installation, disconnection, or changes for hirify.global services within established intervals.
• Handle specific order types including Network orders, LNP, New DIDs, Virtual Fax, and Toll Free numbers.
• Utilize specialized systems such as Verizon Portfolio, Bandwidth portal, and Inteliquent portal for order submission and follow-up.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via telephone and writing to resolve problems and updates.
• Maintain and update order logs according to established procedures.

Requirements

• Proven business experience in an office environment or call center.
• Strong customer service experience and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail.
• Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision.
