What you will do

• Design PCB-based gate driver solutions and dc-dc converters from conceptualization to mass production
• Perform circuit design, simulation, and calculations for power electronic components
• Generate schematics and supervise PCB layout design using CAD tools
• Conduct lab-based low and high voltage characterization of circuits and components
• Provide leadership, technical reviews, and training for junior engineers
• Collaborate with Marketing, ASIC Development, Operations, and Quality teams

Requirements

• Degree in electronics/electrical engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in power electronics design (gate drivers, SMPS, or power management)
• Strong understanding of IGBT, SiC MOSFET, and gate driver components
• Proficiency with Altium Designer and simulation tools (Simetrix/Simplis, LTSpice)
• Experience with electronic measurement equipment and characterization techniques
• Good command of spoken and written English
