What you will do

• Execute full test procedures for hirify.global PCBAs, including system installation and cable connection.
• Interpret failure datalogs and follow defined troubleshooting steps to fix boards.
• Perform repetitive testing and repair procedures to ensure PCBA functionality.
• Collaborate with Board Repair Specialists and Test Engineers to improve process and quality.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify reassembly and rework quality.
• Maintain 100% compliance with PCBA handling procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics.
• Relevant experience in electronics board repair and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in de/soldering and board repair techniques.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must be physically able to handle and place PCBA assemblies into systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for medium and high-end testers.
