What you will do

• Create, develop, and implement the Facilities Maintenance Program.
• Monitor plant utility consumption and equipment capacity to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure strict compliance with government permits required by PEZA and ISO standards.
• Implement safety practices to reduce or eliminate workplace incidents and accidents.
• Maintain firefighting equipment and ensure the highest level of plant cleanliness.
• Generate and maintain work instructions, procedures, and monitoring log sheets.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Engineering Course (licensed engineer preferred).
• 5+ years of work experience in facility maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14000 standards and systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good physical health and fitness for work on shift schedules.
• Good English communication and leadership skills.
