• Execute strategic headhunting and deep engagement with passive candidates in the defence sector.
• Perform market mapping and targeted outreach to identify top-tier talent.
• Conduct intelligent qualification of candidates rather than high-volume CV processing.
• Build and maintain trusted, advisory-led relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants on candidate-led business development.
• Support international defence programmes, including naval shipbuilding and advanced engineering.
