What you will do

• Promote customers as valuable candidates to employers and raise awareness of the Connect to Work programme.
• Create and manage individualised action plans to help customers move toward employment.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local employers to foster inclusive recruitment practices.
• Facilitate work experiences, including placements, trials, and shadowing opportunities.
• Provide ongoing in-work support to help successfully employed customers sustain their roles.
• Manage customer records and meet KPIs for employability provision and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience supporting individuals facing employment barriers, specifically health conditions and disabilities.
• Proven ability to provide 1:1 coaching and constructive challenge to customers.
• Experience developing professional networks and strong partnerships.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to support occasional evening and weekend activities.
• Successful completion of an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Nice to have

• Driving licence and access to a car for community-based delivery.
• Understanding of supported employment programmes, such as IPS.
• University degree or a track record of success in target-driven sales or case management.
• Knowledge of the local employment market in Berkshire.
• Experience with welfare and benefits guidance and mental/physical health challenges.
