What you will do

• Define and drive the overall system architecture and technical roadmap.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions in Azure.
• Architect and develop backend services using Go.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on system design and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor engineers and help elevate technical capabilities across teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect, Lead Engineer, or Principal Engineer.
• Strong expertise with Go development.
• Deep experience designing and operating systems in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Background in high-scale or mission-critical systems.
