What you will do

• Develop and execute global commercial growth strategies tailored to the mining sector.
• Capture and disseminate customer insights to inform product development and marketing teams.
• Enable sales teams to exceed revenue targets through expert support on tenders, RFPs, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Global Engineering to integrate customer needs into the NPI roadmap.
• Build and maintain a network of market contacts by attending customer sites, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Design and mobilize go-to-market strategies to drive lead generation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• BSc/BEng in an Engineering discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing global commercial growth strategies within the mining sector.
• Strong understanding of international mining market dynamics and routes to market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in data analysis using CRM, Power BI, and Excel.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
