What you will do

• Validate trades, corporate actions, and cash activity to ensure accurate system capture.
• Review daily security pricing across asset classes using vendors like Bloomberg or ICE.
• Perform and analyze reconciliations between internal books and custodians/brokers to investigate breaks.
• Prepare NAV review inputs and identify key drivers behind day-over-day changes.
• Support client onboarding by organizing and validating account and data setup details.
• Coordinate with external partners to gather information and resolve operational discrepancies.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in NAV calculations.
• Analytical thinking skills for root-cause analysis and pattern identification.
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to adapt quickly to new data systems.
• Clear communication skills for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Halifax, NS, Canada.
