What you will do

• Drive business growth by designing seamless monetization flows and engaging social mechanics.
• Design end-to-end experiences for subscription, onboarding, social, AI, and news features.
• Analyze and improve existing mobile features by identifying pain points and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated iOS and Android engineering teams and product managers.
• Ensure a consistent cross-platform experience by working with web design teams.
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle and defend design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience specifically on mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android).
• Ability to think in systems and bring structure to ambiguous product problems.
• Strong autonomy and independence in decision-making and product ownership.
• Proven ability to defend design decisions to PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Focus on problem-solving rather than just producing layouts.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription flows, onboarding, or engagement mechanics.
• Familiarity with fintech or data-heavy products.
• Prior experience using hirify.global as a product.
