What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences for native iOS and Android applications.
• Evolve the trading UX, including swaps, buy/sell, and staking, for higher precision and trust.
• Simplify complex blockchain flows such as key management, seed phrases, TON Connect, and transaction signing.
• Rapidly explore, prototype, and iterate on new interface solutions.
• Utilize product analytics and qualitative research to guide design decisions.
• Maintain and grow the design system and overall product quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on mature products with 1M+ MAU.
• Proven track record of shipping meaningful features in native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
• Strong product thinking with the ability to account for logic, metrics, and edge states.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments and move quickly to release.
• Clear communication skills for effective cross-functional work with engineering and product teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and high-quality execution.

Nice to have

• Background in crypto, fintech, or trading interfaces.
• Understanding of self-custody specifics and security-focused UX.
• Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with exchange and trading interface patterns (orders, charts, execution states).
